Where to begin? After high school I attended Ohio U for one year.They asked me not to come back. So,I joined the Navy where I completed a tour of 4 years as a musician. It was an easy gig.

Back in Ohio after that I worked a few different jobs. A favorite was at a sheet metal shop in Solon. And free-lancing as a musician. One night I got a call from a couple of Navy buddies who wanted to know if I wanted to play at Disney World. The band they were playing in 6 days a week needed a bass player.It was a Blood,Sweat and Tears sort of group. I was living in Orlando a week later. I worked for 2 years as a sub-contract musician,with that group, when I quit to go to school at FTU. About the time I ran out of money I was offered another job at Disney with a singer-dancer group as a Disney employ. I was there,again,for almost 10 years when I was permanently laid-off. Went Colorado for a very short time.

Back in Ohio in early 1989 I free-lanced,worked at GOJO and a sub-contractor to GOJO for 15 years when I got fed up and quit. That's when,after a couple of years of not looking for a job, I decided I had retired.

I still do music. I give lessons and play with 2 community orchestras.The Akron Pops Orchestra. The Stow Symphony Orchestra. A big band called The Swing Machine and a small group that plays for those who like to dance. Lillian is my wonderful significant other. And we live in the Highland Square area in a 100 year old house. Life is Good!!
